Anti-wrinkle eye cream, does texture matter?

I was using Clinique's eye cream, and it is of a thicker texture so it felt like realy it was tightening the skin around my eyes as I slept. I'm only 27 so this is mostly for preventive reasons as I am very pale and have sensitive skin. Now I just bought Olay's anti-wrinkle eye cream to try it, and it is so thin, almost watery. I almost feel like I didn't put anything on. Does texture of the cream have anything to do with its effect?Anti-wrinkle eye cream, does texture matter?
Eye wrinkle products can be produced as creams, serums, gels and oils. Some of the thinner products are just more concentrated. You should choose an eye wrinkle product based on your skin type. For example, if you have dry skin, you'd probably have more luck with a thicker, more moisturizing eye wrinkle cream. If your skin is normal to oily, a thinner eye wrinkle cream, serum or gel may be better. The thinner creams tend to absorb quicker and work better under makeup as well. The texture can affect your results if the product isn't right for your skin type. How is the skin around your eye since you've started using the Olay eye cream? If it's drier, then you may want to try something more moisturizing.Anti-wrinkle eye cream, does texture matter?
